The PILATES REFORMER method is an approach to fitness that focuses on several basic principles. The reformer is a piece of specially-designed equipment that allows you to work the body against resistance to develop balanced alignment, muscle strength and flexibility. CARDIO TRAMPOLINE which enables plyometric movement against spring tension (rather than gravity) giving you an aerobic workout that is kinder to your joints. A higher energy, low-impact, interval class that is perfect for cardio lovers. Expect to sweat and laugh through this fun & energetic class.

The Iyengar lineage is a form of Hatha Yoga that has an emphasis on detail, precision and alignment in the performance of posture (asana) and breath control (pranayama) with and without the use of props to develop students’ mobility, strength, flexibility and stability. You don’t have to be able to touch your toes, bend backwards or lift your leg to your head to enjoy and benefit from these classes. All you need is the desire to get on your mat and open yourself to the possibility of feeling better than you ever have before.

Challenges you with a fast-paced workout that combines strength exercises with weights, cardio drills and timed sets to keep your heart rate up as you power through reps at your own pace. The TRX workout system leverages gravity and your own body weight to perform hundreds of exercises.  You're in control of how much you want to challenge yourself on each exercise - your instructor will show you how to simply adjust your body position to add or decrease resistance.

A total body circuit workout in a team spirit environment. You will experience short burst of high intensity, calorie burning intervals at work stations designed to chisel the legs, the core and the arms. The WaterRower & Cycle Bike provide the cardio component. This program is appropriate, effective and adaptable for ANY client. It includes progressions for ALL individuals and ALL levels (beginner/intermediate/advance) for cardio-respiratory, functional strength,

This mixed bag is sure to provide you with a work-out that is challenging, fresh and interesting each week.. It aims to obliterate your routine by offering an assortment of our boutique fitness classes. Some of the challenging class you will tackle are Tabata, TRX , Free Weight Circuits and more,. We guarantee you will    come out feeling strong, sculpted and fired up!  It's your Coaches choice!

 This non-aerobic weight training helps strengthen muscles, giving you a more toned body composition. Strength Training translates to more calories burned. Barbells plus hand weights, cable machine are used for split sets, pyramid sets, super sets and more.

 Metabolic conditioning The goal of a Metcon session is to achieve and sustain a high effort output over a short period of time, with as little rest as possible between work to make your body more energy-efficient, or fitter. Our program is broken down into three sections - Cardio, Strength, Abs. We'll increase your metabolic output and help you to get leaner over a period of a few weeks.

  Consists of a series of intelligent abdominal-based exercises which focus on core strength and stability leaving you feeling both lengthened and strengthened. Great for all levels - an excellent foundation for beginners and a challenge for those looking for hard-core abs.

  Is a ballet inspired class that fuses elements of dance, isometric strength training and pilates exercises. The results: improved posture, muscle definition, weight loss. increased flexibility and balance. Low impact so great for pregnant woman and beginners as well  .

 This class does exactly what is says half of the class will be spent targeting your butt to lift it and the other half will target and sculpt your abs for a midriff to die for.

Expect to use ankle weights, resistance bands and your own body weight for added toning power.

FLOW / GENTLE YOGA

Through asanas linking movement with breath in a rhythmic approach. This yoga class moves at a moderate pace with a focus on mindful movement, making each class a moving meditation. You’ll be encouraged to use the poses to explore the body and the self with non-judgment and compassion as you build muscle tone, increase flexibility, develop balance, and quiet the mind.

 Our teachers are always mindfully-present for their students with the intention of creating a space where you will always feel comfortable. Restorative stretch yoga is a practice that is all about slowing down and opening your body through passive stretching. A time to relax, renew, and rejuvenate, the intention of this class is to allow for that often neglected (though very important) practice of self-care and self-love. Through slow, light sequencing, and guided breathing and meditation, your body will enjoy this blissful “me time"

This workout consists of cardiovascular conditioning (skipping, jumping or plyometrics) and strength training (sandbags, resistance bands, medicine balls and glides) in a circuit format. The coaches vary the exercises at each of the 8 stat ion for every workout so no two bootcamp sessions are the same.

 Our SCULPT ROWING classes capture all of the elements of competitive on-water rowing using Indoor Water-Rower machines in a class of Drills that also incorporate the use of  weights/ bands/ balls. They provide a transformative total-body workout targeting your core, legs, arms (and even your mind) with its smooth, rhythmic motion. You'll use 84% of your body's muscle mass to torch calories, increase metabolism and build lean muscle in a fast paced, high-intensity and motivating environment: And it's easy on your joints! No prior experience is necessary.  .

 Cycle on our top-of-the line M3i Keizers Bikes is challenging, fun, and one of the best ways to improve your cardiovascular fitness. Take a stationary, but sweaty, calorie-burning ride, where the intensity varies throughout each class.  You won't get bored as we change up your body position, pedal speed, and resistance.  CYCLE STRENGTH will mix pedaling with upper body workouts, and will amp up your VO2 max (the rate oxygen is carried to the muscles). CYCLE CORE  will increase your muscle tone, working the quads, hamstrings, glutes, calves, and core with minimal impact on your joints.   You are in control of your ride, your resistance, your speed, and your overall intensity. It’s YOUR workout!
