"I had tried Pilates Reormer once before and throughly thought I didn't enjoy it. Svelte Studio changed the way I once perceived it, Dana took me in and spent a half an hour before the class giving me the low down on all of the terminology, how to use the equipment and let me join in on her reformer class afterwards. Throughout the entire class she made me feel extremely comfortable. She would come over to help me when she knew I would struggle with the exercise due to lack of experience and shouting out praise to all of the members in the class when we were doing a superb job. To say the least my first experience there was a 12/10 and I can't wait to spend the rest of my summer there accomplishing all of my fitness and healthy lifestyle goals.
