I have been involved in fitness and the fitness industry for over 20 years and I have seen lots of people make some amazing changes to their body and mind through exercise. What I enjoy most about teaching is seeing my participants push themselves to their limits. As a dancer and certified group fitness instructor, I have taught a variety of dance and fitness classes over the years, including Barre. Barre is a fusion of fitness and ballet-inspired exercises that will lengthen, strengthen, and tone your body to create long, lean muscles. I aim to create fun, challenging workouts that build body awareness so participants can achieve their goals. I enjoy seeing people try something new, push their limits, and surprise themselves.

On and off the rower and bike my workouts are a mix of muscle conditioning and high-intensity intervals. I enjoy participating with my classes to motivate clients towards improving cardio and strength. My attention to detail ensures that you stay safe while continuing to work towards your fitness goals. Michelle Marais is a passionate and committed personal trainer and fitness instructor with a personable style and dedication to her clients. She has energy and enthusiasm that is both contagious and inspiring. Michelle is certified through Can-Fit Pro, and has over 10 years of experience in her field. Wellness is a lifestyle and exercise is the key to energy, mobility and happiness. We might not always feel like exercising…. but we're always glad we did!
I have been instructing cycle classes for over 10 years, and thrive on how it continues to challenge myself and the members during every ride. My training and experiences have resulted in leading classes that will improve your endurance, strength, and your cardiovascular fitness. My goal is to inspire and challenge you to reach new heights in your indoor cycling; to push yourself, to take risks, and to grow each class. Cycling makes you happy! Come experience the adrenaline rush and endorphin release, that not only improves your mood, it helps to lower stress levels, and enhance your body's immune response! Erin is a certified yoga instructor who has completed her 200-hour teachers training in 2010, and is also a certified children's yoga teacher through "Rainbow Kids Yoga". She is a star gazer, an earth mamma, a wife, and a blessed mom of 5 beautiful beings. Believing that yoga brings us back to ourselves, a place we tend to forget while we are busy in the demands of our everyday lives. Teaching yoga as a flowing dance of breath and movement which gives us the opportunity to explore and honors our connection to mind, body and mind in a way that will extend through our daily lives and onward.
