All Class Series or Workshops must be paid in full prior to start date. There will be no transfer or refunds on Class Series/Class Pass Packages/Workshops and there will be a $25 for NSF/returned cheques. 

YOGA + CYCLE + ROW + PILATES + BARRE FITNESS Pass - If you are unable to attend please cancel online or via the Svelte APP a minimum 10 hrs prior to class. In the case of UNLIMITED PACKAGES, a  $10 FEE will be charged if a member does NOT cancel their class at least 10 hrs before the class start time or does NOT show up. Before the fee is charged, a no show notification will be sent via email. If you wish to dispute a no-show upcoming charge that you believe is not correct, please reply back to the notification email within 24 hours. 

REFORMER + FITNESS SPECIALTY Class Series -  If you are unable to attend please cancel online or via the Svelte APP a minimum 2 1hrs prior to class start time. Otherwise, you will not be able to schedule a make-up class. Please note "make-up" classes are only valid and available during the block of sessions purchased and cannot be carried over. 

This policy respects our instructors' time and allows others to take your spot in class. Accountability matters in our overall health ... one more reason to come to class and get in a good work out and feel better as a result.

All passes are non-refundable and non-transferable. If your pass expires we reserve the right not to extend. Please contact us before the expiry date. 

Svelte reserves the right to cancel class and/or teachers based on availability or numbers. any given Specialty Class may be subject to cancellation at the sole discretion of the studio if fewer than 3 have signed up for that session.

Please leave outdoor shoes by the entrance as this will continue to help us preserve the sacred space of the practice rooms and overall vibe of the studio.

Showing up at the right time is crucial not only for your personal practice but for the instructor and peers as well.
