WHAT WE OFFER

FITNESS

  • With our small group training we aim to offer an assortment of boutique specialty fitness classes.
  • Our TRX, FIT-MIX, HIIT CAMP, POWER TRX and POWER CIRCUIT classes incorporate the use of free weights, resistance bands, the Bosu Balance Trainer, TRX, WaterRower, spin bike and more. This mixed bag is sure to provide you with a work-out that is challenging, fresh and interesting each week. We guarantee you will come out feeling strong, sculpted and fired up!  All levels.

IYENGAR YOGA

  •  We strive to set ourselves apart from the pack by offering the specialized style of  Iyengar Yoga. The Iyengar lineage is a form of Hatha Yoga that has an emphasis on detail, precision and alignment in the performance of posture (asana) and breath control (pranayama). The development of strength, mobility and stability is gained through the asanas.  Our other offerings include Restorative Yoga and Stretch. We encourage our teachers to be themselves, incorporating their own voice and structuring their classes in a way that reflects their individual personalities. Our teachers are always mindfully-present for their students with the intention of creating a space where you will always feel comfortable. 


PILATES REFORMER

  • The Pilates Reformer method is an approach to fitness that focuses on several basic principles. The former is a piece of specially-designed equipment that allows you to work the body against resistance to develop balanced alignment, muscle strength and flexibility. This workout on occasion, incorporates use of the Cardio Trampoline which enables plyometric movement against spring tension (rather than gravity) giving you an aerobic workout that is kinder to your joints. A higher energy, low-impact, interval class that is perfect for cardio lovers.  Expect to sweat and laugh through this fun & energetic class.  

PILATES & BARRE

  • Pilates mat consists of a series of intelligent abdominal-based exercises which focus on core strength and stability leaving you feeling both lengthened and strengthened. Great for all levels - an excellent foundation for beginners and a challenge for those looking for hard-core abs. 
  • Barre is a ballet inspired class that fuses elements of dance, isometric strength training and pilates exercises. The results: improved posture, muscle definition, weight loss. increased flexibility and balance. Low impact so great for pregnant woman and beginners as well.

ROWING

  • Our SCULPT ROWING classes capture all of the elements of competitive on-water rowing using Indoor Water-Rower machines in a class of Drills that also incorporate the use of  weights/ bands/ balls. They provide a transformative total-body workout targeting your core, legs, arms (and even your mind) with its smooth, rhythmic motion. You'll use 84% of your body's muscle mass to torch calories, increase metabolism and build lean muscle in a fast paced, high-intensity and motivating environment: And it's easy on your joints! No prior experience is necessary.



CYCLING

  • Indoor cycle on our top-of-the line M3i Keizers Bikes is challenging, fun, and one of the best ways to improve your cardiovascular fitness. Take a stationary, but sweaty, calorie-burning ride, where the intensity varies throughout each class.  You won't get bored as we change up your body position, pedal speed, and resistance. Our CYCLE class will increase your muscle tone, working the quads, hamstrings, glutes, calves, and core, with minimal impact on your joints. SCULPT CYCLE will mix pedaling with upper body workouts, and will amp up your VO2 max (the rate oxygen is carried to the muscles).  You are in control of your ride, your resistance, your speed, and your overall intensity. It’s YOUR workout!

Svelte Studio changed the way I once perceived it, Dana took me in and spent a half an hour before the class giving me the low down on all of the terminology, how to use the equipment and let me join in on her reformer class afterwards. Throughout the entire class she made me feel extremely comfortable. She would come over to help me when she knew I would struggle with the exercise due to lack of experience and shouting out praise to all of the members in the class when we were doing a superb job. To say the least my first experience there was a 12/10 and I can't wait to spend the rest of my summer there accomplishing all of my fitness and healthy lifestyle goals.
